How is pricing set?

Wholesale pricing is volume-based. Approved accounts receive a custom price sheet — the more you commit to, the better the rate, with deeper Volume and Premier tiers for larger or recurring accounts.

What are the lead times?

Stocked items ship promptly. Larger Volume/Premier orders are made-to-order — we produce and test your lot to order, so they carry a lead time and a deposit.

Do I need a resale certificate?

Yes. Resellers provide a valid resale / sales-tax certificate so orders can be processed tax-exempt. You can upload it with your application or provide it on approval.

Do orders include COAs?

Always. Every lot ships with its Certificate of Analysis — third-party tested, every batch.

Can I resell under my own label?

Yes — approved resellers can sell under their own label. We'll walk through the specifics in your reseller agreement.

How do I pay?
